SAFE|WALL Assembly
- Two layers of 5/8” Type X gypsum wallboard
- 2”x4” studs at 16” on-center – without an 8” off-set
- Sheathing secured with screws, – only the face layer is covered with tape and joint compound
- 3-1/2” of EnviroSeal open cell spray foam insulation
- 1” air gap between the two wall leafs
- Overall assembly is 1” thinner than typical shaft liner wall
